-Short term projects -Annual appraisals are not aligned with employee performance -Once we come out from project, again we have to prepare and give interviews to get another project and client interviews are not that easy to crack -For experienced people like 8+ there will be hell lot of expectations and we have to contribute to Epam as well Client with this we lose work life balance. 1) WLB depends on the project 2) Promotions is based on Assessments and mostly it’s hard to crack 3) Sometimes Management won’t support
