-Short term projects -Annual appraisals are not aligned with employee performance -Once we come out from project, again we have to prepare and give interviews to get another project and client interviews are not that easy to crack -For experienced people like 8+ there will be hell lot of expectations and we have to contribute to Epam as well Client with this we lose work life balance. 1. Have to be in front of laptop for all the 9 business hours 2. Not allowed to attend meetings from outside of home or office 3. No work life balance 4. Promotion is forever a dream 5. Managers with full of attitude 6. Managers bully employees in front of everyone 7. No appreciation for good work

This company doesn’t have any culture. It is totally client based work culture. The manager has no power and they keep telling that log off once your working hours are done. But they doesn’t specify the working hours as client gives task in the evening.

Client round interview will be taken after getting into the company. That is one of the bad things. Some times to get client interview will take time. They will they have hybrid model but based on client policies we need to go to office.

It is a consulting firm, which asks employees to work from client location. There is nothing from the EPAM end. If client is good product based company you might have learning curve

Promotion Process doesn't consider employee performance in the client project. Hikes are less compared to market standards, for this term atleast. Works like a consulting company rather than a Organization, EPAM manager will not know what projects we are working on because we need to work from client location, because of this our work is not valued.

No job security at senior levels. Zero work life balance if you are into some project. Whether you will stay in the organization will primarily depend on whether you are above 80% into billable roles with some customer or the other. Please remember below things before joining EPAM.They are trapping people for thier business purpose. Interview process has only 2 rounds, even though u r not done well, they will offer you good package. Actual game starts after joining.They are hiring for bench.Recruiter or HR don't disclose below things before joining. They will say like training will be given. It is not training , they will give a big assignment and you have to clear 4 internal rounds of evaluation just to get project interview opportunity. Micromanagement at peak level. your assignment study level tracked by many mentors, Each day need to update which lesson u studied and what topic next. Minimum 3 weeks time will be given. once done mentor will take interview , like this you have to clear 3 levels of interviews. Then they will give opportunity for project interview. Mentor will keep rejecting if he is not satisfied. You will be sent home if not able to clear these 4 rounds..Please be careful before joining. don't get trapped by seeing their offer. They just playing with our career. This is applicable for all skills. Advice to Management : Please evaluate the candidate before releasing offer letter. this organization is well suited for roles at level A2-A5 and B3 and abovve.However if you're at the B1,B2 maintaingin a work life balance can be challenging . Additionally building connections is crucials for growth within the company. MD is getting involved at junior level promotion .

Working with growing leaders is always exciting. They have N number of customers and value of employees. I too cane across of offers drops by the candidates in the market. But we always find a pool. Epam has good branding in market so less work on branding part.

Dislikes

Manager is good but lead is too toxic. Working in single technology hiring make me sad. So you will loose knowledge on other cutting edge technologies in market.
