salary hikes are very poor. No direct way to get promoted even you spend 10 years here, you will have to appear an interview and panel discussion which is equivalent to appear interview for any external company.

Best part is learning and development.A lot of focus is on the learning and development of the individual. The next best thing is the promotion cycle. There is no manager approval required. If you think you are ready .. just pass the exam .
