Hello New Joinee would be, Let me tell you the reviews entered on 24th and 25th April are completely FAKE. Envision, how can you stoop so low? Nvm, I wish I had the option to rate negative! Envision is nothing but a call center company. If you're fresher, experienced counselor, HR or Team Leader, you have to make 200 to 300 calls in order to have 80 connects each day. Targets are baseless, leads will abuse you for calling them everyday, because they will focus on USED & DEAD LEADS. As you get new leads you call and realize they are called and approached by EACH & EVERY COUNSELOR ALREADY. They pay you handsome salary and always on time. but their rules for keeping your WEBCAM ON without any reason is pathetic. Management, team coordination is ZERO. You drop your queries in so called HO group and do not expect any answer. Your offer letter is made according to your choice and preference but once you join, you will have to work on their command. They cut salary unnecessarily, take original marksheet on joining and never return back (ps- don't know what they do with marksheets) , highly unprofessional policy , they come searching you when you take 1 min extra break and deduct salary , the owner of company are highly immature and miser - they ask employees to do phone recharge in company's phone and also do not pay back travel allowances on time. company owners are shameless and next to beggars in terms of asking money...Read More

My experience with Envision Overseas has been less than satisfactory . The treatment I witnessed & experienced was nothing short of mental harassment. The management's attitude (Priti Sukhwani & Sanjai) towards its workforce is disrespectful and, at times, outright abusive. The behaviour of management team is a major cause for concern. I observed instances of verbal abuse and intimidation by managers, creating a hostile & toxic work environment. The Office facilities at Envision are shockingly disturbed. Lack of basic amenities like toilets, fridge, microwave and etc.. The absence of proper restroom facilities is not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. The office premises are infested with cockroaches, lizards and other insects, creating unsanitary working conditions. The combination of abusive management, poor facilities, and unsanitary conditions has resulted in a hostile and demoralizing work environment. It's a challenging to be productive or motivated under such circumstances. In sum, my experience with Envision Overseas has been marked by disappointment, and I cannot recommend any one to go and join this company at all....Read More

They interview experienced people as if they are freshers and don't know anything The person who manages the company is an old guy in the 50s who works in the same old fashion way. People seem like working there just for the sake of salary The owner has no shame in offering a poor salary to an experienced candidate Don't know how the company is surviving I wish such companies should be banned
