Salary and company policies are good but no job security what culture is worst teammates are jealous and not supportive at all.

Dislikes

Need to work under amateur village guys who are afraid of losing their jobs who don't allow you to showcase your skills. Management still supports them for the sake of sales and growth of the organisation compromising the quality and skills. Amateurish. Great disappointment.
