Sometimes salary concerns are mainly for tenured employees and need to get them align with the overall market on which work is up and it should be fixed sooner the better. If we want to work from the office more, we should revisit the collaboration hours so it would be more consistent.

Company has well-structured development and deployment processes and multiple teams collaborate efficiently to manage it. The workplace has mostly good people and a supportive environment.
