While I join, my managers was good because of them. They always think for an employees, but now they don’t even care for employees.

This company always think only for plans and I understand because of clients. We are getting a business, but you also have to think about the employees if the person is sick and he can’t work and it still feeling weakness At least they should allow for work from home, but and also after new Manager joins, he’s not allowing me. He’s bargaining on leaves like a market, which is not good.

Work life balance sucks.You cant even breathe. All the Managers are toxic.I have seen Politics but what ever going on here is James Cameroon shit dramas. Really I have made a worst decision in my life to join this company.
