not good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is not transparent. company policies are not good appraisals are not fair and they not goving salary hike and bonus every year

the job is quite interesting i struggling a bit inthe begging as there was no formal training session i learnt everything on the job i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I thing I dislike in entero. Our Business manager commitment is false, he ask me some incentive of oxygen concentration but he don't gave me any incentive. Company knows that time period I am the topper of company, but don't gave me any thing like shield trophy certificate. So that's why I am resign.
