No vision, no clarity, haphazard way of working by management team, short term view, management have policy "Divide and Rule". CFO is having no knowledge just tries to get credit of others work, in case of reaching out no guidance, he is rather King of Fool, no sense,. Top most management despite highlighting didn't take any action
