It is a product based Company. Since it is a startup with less than 100 people working there, you will get lot of opportunities if you are interested in gaining knowledge. There will be onsite opportunities in this organisation The Cafeteria offers a fixed buffet on a monthly subscription price of less than 500 per month. Friendly peers (Does not include senior management).

This is going to be a long list. Just to start with this section, the senior management and the HR team is one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. HR will send the list of holidays for the calendar year on Jan 1st every year. But we end up working on those days also. The common reason which managers throw to cover this is "ForClient it is working day". There is no Comp off provided for covering this as well. So I wonder what is the purpose of this list of Holidays, if we are working for client everyday. On client holidays also we are supposed to work as it is working day for us. The tech stack this company is operating on is outdated. That is because it is mainly open source (For cost reduction). They won't authorise any use of licensed tools which involves subscription plans on a monthly basis. The pay which is offered to the employees are also well below the market standards. The salary comes on time. That is the only positive. Apart from that, the settlement and other things, which the company has to provide for exiting employees are not provided even after 2 years of the exit date. The office operates in an independent building (which was a play school before). The parking space is very cramped. You cannot park more than 10 bikes in that space. Employees are forced to work on outdated laptops for years, until i recently heard that they are upgrading the machines. Internet speed in the office is pathetic. You cannot complete a meeting without multiple reconnections. My 4G is faster compared to the office Wifi. The senior management agrees to unrealistic timeline from Clients and forces the employees to close the target by working almost 10-14 hours. Even on national holidays and Saturdays.
