Pointers which was Dislike :- Enfuse should offer Mediclaim instead of ESIC. Transits(Movement) is very main point which was happened as per business requirement only those peoples who are working vigilantly and given 100% effort. Management level and Managers are supportive on face but on behind they was not fair - Not all. Promotion/Awards bases of relationship or person bound not bases of performance involved Manager not all. Manager treat not in a good way which was impacted to associates not talking about all.
