Never ever join this company. One of the worst companies in the world. No project, no proper management, no process. The company will do whatever they want even at the last minute without any communication. Too much attitude and a lot of politics. You never get whatever the company promised like salary/bonus/hike/promotion or whatever. Managers think that they are the power of the company and will expose the power through politics. If you are working on the technical side even if you fresher/experienced developer/architect/senior architect (even if you are 25 years of experience and are still on the technical side), they will treat you as a fresher or like a slave.
