Job security was thr, work culture was different from other organizations. Management was brilliant.

Dislikes

Encore capital group was very different from other companies. I have worked for many companies but Encore was employee friendly. The management was very nice. I can't say I dislike anything everything was upto the mark.

The best thing about encore is its employees who are working hard to earn their living because of excessive unemployment around the country. The best part is Encore don't value it.

Terribly worst management. HRs are least bothered about your issues. No Growth. Management create unnecessary pressure and work load. Very high target expectations. Managers manipulate associate to deliver more than their caliber and they don't even get paid well. Incentive slabs have been lowered down a lot and in return unnecessary workload has been imposed on employees.

Overall great learning experience and training program is one of the best.

Deduction in incentives and less appraisal and management difficult to listen to the concern once you have given 5 years to the company and no extra income for overtime only incentives if you’re lucky .

Equality no matter who is on lowest designation or higher rules are same without any biases and favouritism.

Internal joining processes are so tough si that a person can take 10-13 years to be promoted.
