Work life balance Great office location with metro connectivity Stable company and almost job guarantee during project closure or change.

Dislikes

HR Policies, they are real misers. HR department, Admin are understaffed and literally no help can be expected from them. Especially if you have left the organization. It has been 7 years, HR's have never interacted.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Pathetic HR engagement. Hardly anyone is concerned if you have any issues. Lack of manpower in Admin, Finance and HR

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
