Direct reporting to the Directors , the comfort of negotiations and the support received in terms of honoring the commitment given to customers. Able to update the skills in Construction, Interiors, Maintenance and Marketing Tools.

Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The salary was less and also the scope of appraisal was minimum. Work life balance was not good. Only 2 persons for Sale. Non Sales Related Work was also involved like Documentation and Registration.

Work Details

Work was demanding and challenging. Had to handle Multiple Departments.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
