1. Interior 2. Friendly co founder (indirectly a manager) and founder also 3. Alternate Saturday weekoff 4. Fun activities 5. Facilities than other small offices don't provide like fridge, food dishes 6. Inventory management 7. Learning due to service based company 8. Good location 9. I'll update latter if I remember something

Dislikes

1. Worst work flow which nullify all of the benefits 2. Due to work flow, the manager will think your performance is low, again this is the second reason that nullify the benefits
