Work Culture False sense of emergency High pressure Very rigid Not a safe space to be The place isn’t the ideal place to be , they are trying to look busy but everyone is kind of clueless with the business model, with the goals and targets. Seems to be chasing something that doesn’t make sense. As If an unclear vision wasn’t enough, the workspace is very high pressure, with a false sense of emergency, every thing is urgent and then nothing happens on time. Talking about the management, looks like it’s the CEO is ruling the place , with 0 management skills, no empathy and absolutely no decency to talk or behave in a professional space. He lacks basic understanding of the users he is serving to and treat most of the employees as dirt, not to forget a big time hypocrite, don’t follow what he preaches and other stakeholders don’t really care about it or object about which makes it such a bad place to work and start career .
