Work Culture False sense of emergency High pressure Very rigid Not a safe space to be The place isn’t the ideal place to be , they are trying to look busy but everyone is kind of clueless with the business model, with the goals and targets. Seems to be chasing something that doesn’t make sense. As If an unclear vision wasn’t enough, the workspace is very high pressure, with a false sense of emergency, every thing is urgent and then nothing happens on time. Talking about the management, looks like it’s the CEO is ruling the place , with 0 management skills, no empathy and absolutely no decency to talk or behave in a professional space. He lacks basic understanding of the users he is serving to and treat most of the employees as dirt, not to forget a big time hypocrite, don’t follow what he preaches and other stakeholders don’t really care about it or object about which makes it such a bad place to work and start career . Horrible CEO. EWW. I will give -100 rating if possible. Uses HR team as his personal assistant to clean his personal mess. Female employees constantly complain about CEO’s behavior, staring and touching. HR is asked to clean it up. All bosses got so used to this, they just ignore. Pathetic management. No work-life balance. It is run by egotistic management who has no clue about running a company and treats everyone bad. Cheap gestures to pretend to have a culture for photo ops. Bad pay, bad treatment, toxic environment, never ending work, unrealistic view of the business, unachievable deadlines, no quality of work or code. Just Pathetic.
