They only offer a hybrid option to work.

Dislikes

They assign too much work to freshers and do not provide the expected salary or job security. Additionally, they frequently shuffle team members.

easy to crack interview. But terrible office politics.

Dislikes

HR's were not helpful. They will make you work on 3-4 projects at a time. They will provide Udemy courses but you wont be having time to complete it. WFH option is not available even in the emergency situations. Lots of micro-management.

Dislikes

Higher management doesn't value employees below mid level experience, No work/behavior ethics in senior staff, Manager's way of communicatio is very bad except very few people, Embedded dept people need to work like hell; still no respect for them from senior management

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
