Project Variety is good. One can learn embedded, backend/API and front end, all while being in the same project

eInfochips focuses on a lot of open source based development projects. Not much training apart from fresher's training. Work environment is friendly and work-life balance is good. Compensation and employee benefits are average.

Dislikes

Not much focus on specific technologies and licensed tools, lot of projects run only till concept development. Lack of employee training and benefits.
