Only good thing is Salary and expenses comes on time

There is lot to tell- Senior Management need to change their work culture, there is no project planning happened, there is no work life balance, management is very rude, commitment are given by management instead of Developer. Everything is priority work only. There is no tax saving components, LTA, Telephone Reimbursement, DA has to introduce.
