The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job igot a chance to wear multiple hate and that helpedme get a taste of different roles within the same team

I was so tensed in the beginning but my manager has given so much support and time to learn new things. I have carried out multiple roles in project and it is very fantastic journey.

EFKON support us during pandemic financially as well as mentally, they provide full safety during working hours, no complain from management, company done well to all employee

No complain of EFKON or management they are fully support employees. some employee do politics so they get what they deserve, they dont know to work and basic troubleshooting

Work life is better if you know the basics, i as an employee struggle during beginnings but managed after some times, working with other team member makes jobs easy, single shift always seems heavy when you have 17 lanes and profilers
