There is no help or any kind of compensation or even Job gaurantee at the company. Previous salaries of my team mates also is been on hold.

The non completion of the companie's promises to their former employees (students) of their job gaurantee and also the pre discussion of work and package.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
