It is a fake company. While they recruit the faculty they will promise to do so many things just to convince the people, won't pay the salary on time. If we demand for our salary they will remove us from the job. Every month they will deduct some amount and they will promise that the amount will be paid at the end of the year, which is actually won't happen

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
