Nothing much to like here. You have good level of job security. Nothing else.

The company works in a disorganised manner. Nothing is structured and on place. No proper segregation of duty is there as well. No training and development for operations team. No employee benefit. L&D is great but so many criterias need to be met for earning incentive.

Dislikes

Poor incentive system for sales people.. scorecard is complex criteria to deduct hard earned incentive. Hire u as wealth RM and treated as field sales executives...not recommended for post grades. Careers growth is slow and incentive structure needs to be more sales oreiented.

Senior mgmt of wealth mgmt. Mumbai TL for service team. Irresponsive HR team. Their mediclaim process for employees gets changed when I submitted my parents hospital bills and wasn't helped for a penny.
