Nothing much to like here. You have good level of job security. Nothing else.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The company works in a disorganised manner. Nothing is structured and on place. No proper segregation of duty is there as well. No training and development for operations team. No employee benefit. Everything is highly manual and on excel. Basic induction is also not give you won’t feel like your work for a company. People where pajamas and come to office and even ripped jeans.
