I am a Salesforce professional and joined ECS a year ago and it was a big decision for me as it meant moving to a new city. The thing that touched me most about ECS is how they care about their employees. It's not just the colleagues in general but the senior management too gets involved in the small happy moments. The most innovative idea that caught my attention was a private group that goes by name Team Blue. This group of people celebrate each other's special moments, success, praise each other for everything that happens during the day and that makes the work environment very special. I was conscious and cautious about things around me at first as I was resuming my career post 1.5 years gap but once I was at the floor and met the people, all the fear and consciousness vanished. I have recent relocated from ECS GDC Hyderabad to ECS Dubai for an onsite opportunity. I underwent short training and the manager explained to me the working culture in the new country. The work culture is quite fast-paced and co-workers are quite friendly. Also, the company took care of the relocation bringing down my stress. It is great to work with a new team and place.
