They train you properly for market and promotion is easy based on your performance. The work cuture is really good here and people are nice and professional. Got to learn a lot here in 1 month itself like marketing, sales and handeling people. The payout is weekly. There are a lot of competitions held between the employees to earn the extra bucks.

* Field work is a lot which compromises your health. * If by any reason you fail to make a sale you wont be get paid for your efforts. * It is like working from 9AM to 9 PM. * They don't believe in work life balance and expect you to do the same. * Traveling expenses will be from your pocket.

They tell you so called brand ambassador but in reality you need to simply sell their product in shops thats it no fixed salary no transportation allowance no work life balance even no time to have ur food . I request everyone one specially fresher to never join this company.

No guranteed pay, its perfomance based, And when it comes to sales they dont have strong products so sales performance based salary is too risky Basically a pyramid scheme and scam, I interviewed and got selection but I didn’t join and there was no call back also… meaning they don’t care enough about their hiring to put effort on it.
