it's a good place for the atmosphere.

There is no career growth salary for freshers it's just 8k once you give the full ability to this company the salary is not more than 10k take home. The hike system based on how many leaves you are taking in a year once you take more than 12 leaves per year it affects your apprisal but the company gives monthly 2 leaves per month.
