Worst company to be in, they don't want employees to become self independent, they want that employee should be dependent on them for a long run also they will not give you training regarding new things, but you will stick to repetitive kind of work, and as there is no skill development, the guy would definitely find difficulty in finding the job in the future. Also, this is the best place for the politics, so if you are looking for a good political career join this company, it will be great for your career. Also there is amazing rule in the company, even if you are doing good work , they will not increase your salary on the basis of not attending parties organised by the company.
