No work ethics, not recommended, if you want to work in high pressure 12 to 14 hours with overtime without salary expected come and join Ebz. Religion based biasness, favouritism lala company with no learning Hr is character less, no work life balance, manager are egoistic, director are having narrow and cheap mentality. Work culture pathetic, no salary rise, no learning, chacha bhatija waad, religion based biasness, no overtime, no Hr policy, very less leaves only 25 days overall for whole year, cheap mentality of directors bohot hai aur kya bole, this is not a German MNC it is just a another Laala company, avoid to join, mostly working Saturday are compulsory

Worst company to be in, they don't want employees to become self independent, they want that employee should be dependent on them for a long run also they will not give you training regarding new things, but you will stick to repetitive kind of work, and as there is no skill development, the guy would definitely find difficulty in finding the job in the future. Also, this is the best place for the politics, so if you are looking for a good political career join this company, it will be great for your career. Also there is amazing rule in the company, even if you are doing good work , they will not increase your salary on the basis of not attending parties organised by the company. There are some imposter in the company who spread grapevine to the management and the management will use this tool when there is the time for your promotion. Zero work life balance. Working hours too long. Employees asked to stay late, Come on saturdays. Even after doing so much work employees are insulted and embarrassed in front of everyone. Total exploitation. Leaves are not approved. No technical or skill growth. Only repetitive work.
