More work pressure but no money as per work even appraisal also is not at 1 year interval it 3-4 year interval. I am working from last 3+ years but still no increment and even deducting salary(if leave not remained) or leave, with dhamki like karna hai to karo nahi to jao.

Nothing here to like except day shift.

Dislikes

No aapraisals on time i have spent 4.25 years just got only one appraisal. 15 months criteria but when 15 months passed away then HR personnel confirm we can't confirm date but it is in process. Work culture is very casual no professionalism they shout on the floor. Any decisions can be given without giving any reason. After selection even they asked to leave from co. if less no. Than required. Which is very bad....Read More
