Work life balance, cab facility are good. Team members are very helpful. Things might be good as management has changed. Hope everything should be well.

1. No apprails on time. 2.No promotion even after more than 10 years too people on same position. 3. New joiner salary is more than the experienced and existing employees as there were no reforms in salary structure for existing employee whether he/she have already added his gratitude to the company growth and stability even though.4.No market correction in salary and arials. 5. This is a average place to work with excellent job security and comfortable day shifts. The work environment is okay okay, and I have the pleasure of working with few supportive colleagues. My batch is one of the fantastic batch on my work floor, and the manager is supportive, making the journey even more enjoyable. A great company for the fresher or beginners.

While the company has some positives, there are several areas that need improvement. Managers often have their own sycophants, which creates a toxic work environment and makes the atmosphere feel like hell for others. There is no meal provided, and even the canteen lacks proper food options, causing inconvenience during breaks. The strict timings add to the stress, and there is noticeable discrimination between seniors and juniors, including unfair treatment by Quality Auditors. The management, including HR, operates very slowly, leading to delays in addressing employee concerns. 1) No allowance to employees. Like - referrals, interview, night allowance ,no insurance for parents . 2) Our Systems are outdated and also if any device didn't work ,they take months to resolve the issue. 3)People who work at night shift didn't get any cab facilities.
