The peers were good.
Dislikes
The founder didnt have a vision and lacked people management skills. This thoughtless hiring and mass firing policy, and blame game attitude was enough to play with people's career.Even when the product wasnt market ready was asked to generate revenue was the biggest strategic failure of this organisation.
