Not worth your time it's better to look for another job despite joining them or else if you want to work for 1 or 2 month eventually they will terminate your employment without any prior notice without full and final

Top management is just selfish Not job security even if you give your 200% Total politics in top management which effect mid level employees Problem in salary payment No full and final No job security

The peers were good.

Dislikes

The founder didnt have a vision and lacked people management skills. This thoughtless hiring and mass firing policy, and blame game attitude was enough to play with people's career.Even when the product wasnt market ready was asked to generate revenue was the biggest strategic failure of this organisation.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
