There are lots of things that are to be dislike as management is like nothing, No policy, situational policy. They have nothing to do with concepts of SCM operations, two persons Are whole sole decision maker and of you disagree with any one them you have to leave the company then

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get taste of different roles within the same team.

Dynamic IT solution is very lousy company, because his owner is very dog type person, he is hire new employees and after one month fired without any reason, he's totally mental. i would say this to all the candidate, that they should not join this company.
