As I have work in dynamic almost 1.5 years .The director of the company Mr Deepak Sachdeva was very supportive and was a very good human being by heart I respect them (Sangam Singh).

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
