- Quality work, which leads to learnings - Flexible working hours - WFH - Good Insurance - Co. has started focusing on employee rewards and recognition & overall growth - Right time to Join in.

Dislikes

- Since I joined approx 5 years back, I have seen the worst time - with annual hike of 2%, 3%, - no bonus - no promotions even after good ratings - no RnR

I have experienced both. Best and worst. It all depends on the circumstances in the team.
