Not recommended for people who want to explore new things and be away when you want your job to be secure. You can get job easily if you know somebody working in DXC and no value for the people who really work hard. Even people having less experience will become managers and they rule you. Work culture is very bad.

I see only cons and no pros in DXC. A big MNC company hosting the nepotism.
