Nothing except work life balance for some projects.

Dislikes

No job security, no hike for more than 2 years, cost cutting in everything, worst transport, too much work pressure, no employee benefits, no career growth, no learning, no onsite opportunities

Work Details

Work is not good as there is no learning and no career growth even if you try to aspire. All employees are getting frustrated as there is no hike for more than 2 years even if you perform well. No employee benefits and reducing the existing benefits.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
