- Work life balance is the point you can join DXC for. - job is secured, they have lots of projects, so no chance to fire you.

Dislikes

Older technology, only issue fixing, no development work. And lastly really poor management.

Working with DXC from past two and half years, I am very happy to say that DXC has provided me everything which I was expecting like work life balance, job security and best working culture. The higher management takes routine feedback of how can they constantly improve the work culture.

Dislikes

Till now I didn't find anything which I dislike as I am doing work from home past two years and I am very happy with my job and always get support from my manager when I requested him.
