Likes

People are good in this company and try to help each other. Comparatively less politics . Self learning is lot if you want and can spend time.

Dislikes

Executive level is clueless of what they are driving and ditched the company after spoiling it. Job Security for last two years is less with WFR news in News papaer. Salary Appraisal it is only resignation driven. There is no annual hike. Its only if the project feels you are important then manager will do provided he can accommodate the extra money in project.

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
