Overall it was good experience working here. In DXC it totally depends on the project and i was it one of the good project. Even though it was bit stressing when there was outage because of high volume but team lead and managers were also helping us.There was one lady team lead with bit of toxic behaviour but rest all managers where co-operative

No salary hikes,no promotions even after good results. Freshers are treated like nobody. They don’t care about work-life balance they just want work to be done no matter what
