Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! 1. The biggest stress I had till I worked here was that there were so many restrictions on what to do and what not to do that it was difficult here. 2. No matter how talented you are or how much previous experience you have, you will be given only the most basic assurance in the beginning 3. No matter how smart you are there are some problems in showing your skills in this company 4. Similarly you have to work in this company only on monthly salary otherwise you will not get anything else 5. There are two bosses in this company and you have to answer each of them separately.What you say to one boss won't work for the other boss so you will be confused as to who to tell this to. 6.You will end up in the last job in this company in whichever job you first join and there will be no incentive or severance pay....Read More
