Particularly ,the salary credit will be in the form of cheque and the cheque will be handovered to the employee at the mid of the month so we will not be getting the salary on starring of the month and ESI ,PF deduction was not there.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
