If you would like to grow yourself technically and to become good in communication, you can join here .The main reason for this is everything here will be self learning and it is important for career growth.Really i am having a very good experience here.

Particularly ,the salary credit will be in the form of cheque and the cheque will be handovered to the employee at the mid of the month so we will not be getting the salary on starring of the month and ESI ,PF deduction was not there.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
