Its a commissioned based job. All you will be dependent on making sale. You have to deal with new and old customers and have to sell flight tickets on phone. You have to cross check prices of the itineary in the online to keep it low to sell it. Sometimes it is possible to keep big profit margin and sometimes you have to sell with 0profit. Clearly speaking, if for example: is you keep 100 USD as markup dont even think that you will get 100 percent of it. Percentage varies from 3% to 23%. So keep this in mind.
