While I generally enjoy working at Dr.ITM Limited ,there are a few challengers I have encountered One area I think could be improved is the frequency of cross -departmental collaboration. As a Data Analyst ,I believe that more opportunities to work closely with other departments could lead to even better data -driven insights and decision-making across the company. Another aspect is the pace of adopting new technologies. While the company is forward-thinking , sometimes the implementation of the latest tools and methodologies can be slower than i had like. As someone who is eager to stay on the cutting edge of data analysis , I would appreciate a faster adoption of innovative solutions. Good company and well mannered staff. Our assistant manager was a mind-blowing person they always support us and every time they save our job if we create any mess in work. Mr. Ajay rathore was also fight with our client and quality staff to save our job.

Everything was good as I stared from HR ,Trainer , Certification and training method, All team leaders and Supporting staff and Quality Auditor also were so good and supportive.

They force for overtime and every week cancel week offs.

Terrible experience. There are only 4 weekoff in a month nothing else. You've to do all days in 5th weekoff. Salary deduction without any reason. No PL, No PF, No any benefit. Worst shift schedule. Worst company policies. Not a single person is supportive. Everything is worst. No salary hike or bonus. Only politics.
