The company had a good run and was a great place to work to be honest. From a young just out of college fresher's perspective it was a great place to start off from even though the Compensation wasn't reasonable and meager for metro standards. They had a good team. The CEO isn't mentally fit for the top job. She is cruel and greedy doesn't regard the need of her employees or the organization as a priority and no one can work alongside her for more than a few weeks maybe except a few employees. Dislikes

The management is cruel, greedy, inconsiderate and does not have any vision. They have been in business for almost 20 years yet failed to diversify and be successful. If they had a capable CEO things might have worked out differently. To anyone reading this and thinking of joining the organization OR have started working here my suggestion is RUN ! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE ! AND SAVE YOURSELF.

I don't think there is anything to like. Only thing is they have fixed work time. They will ask to get beg borrow lead.

They don't have proper communication, manager will not take your point. I believe everything is too dislike. Their is lot of politics. And in WFH you will not not get any allowance, we are using our own internet and mobile bill. And hr policy is very pathetic.

well I enjoyed there was not more work pressure ,but physical pressure, its like an sales company without doing any sales.

well o wouldn't say anything specific about the company but the manager above me and the team leader he was the worst as he used to abuse and the manger used to assault physically
