I joined Doon consultancy on August 1, 2024 and my experience has been disappointing. Even they were not provide proper training. And I received no feedback on my performance-neither verbally or written. After just 1.5 months, the CEO Meeta wasan gujral terminated many employees without given any clear reason, pressuring us to sign resignation letter without time to review them. I felt coerced, as they warned that refusing to sign would result in immediate termination. When i raised my concerns via email, I was met with blame instead of support. They even requested I retract my email and threatened legal action against me. While they claimed I didn’t need to serve a notice period, the overall environment felt unstable and unsupportive.
