The delivery heads, despite being only moderately skilled, occupy their positions solely due to their tenure in the company, not based on performance or leadership capabilities. The operations team is equally problematic—highly disorganized, lacking accountability, and failing to provide sufficient support. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
